To Charge your VIDA V1 electric scooter, you'll need to connect the charging gun to charging point in your VIDA V1 scooter

Connect

Once connected, please click on the Charging icon on your MyVIDA app/website to start charging your scooter.

Pay

Make payment when charging is completed, you are ready to ride.

 

Steps to connect your VIDA

Make sure you have active internet connection.

Locate the charging port on the scooter, placement.

Take the charging gun and plug it into the charging port in the scooter.

The screen will display “connected” & the light on the charger will go from Solid Blue to Blinking Green.

Goto the VIDA App, click the Charge Now icon on the screen

The TFT screen will now turn “Charging” from “Connected” & the light on the charger will go from Blinking Green to Solid Blue.

When you decide to end the charging process, you can click End charging on your app, complete the payment through the options available

Your VIDA V1 is now charging. You can check the state of charge either on the TFT Screen or on your app while is connected to your VIDA V1

Performance - Hero V1 will have the best-in-class acceleration of 0-40 kmph in 3.3 seconds in Warp mode and a TrueRange of 85km in Eco mode, while the Hero V2 will have an acceleration of 0-40 kmph  in 3.9 seconds in Sports mode and a TrueRange of 70km in Eco mode. 450 Plus won't have the Surge mode.

Battery - The usable capacity in Hero V1 will be 2.61 kWh while usable capacity in 450 Plus will be 2.23 kWh.

Charging - Hero V1 will have the capacity to be charged at the rate of 1.45 km range gained per minute while Hero V2 can be charged at the rate of 1 km per minute.

Smart and connected features - Hero V1 will have features that are enabled by bluetooth connectivity such as music & voice assistance, while in 450 Plus, these features won't be made available.
